UT System Regents to meet Tuesday

AUSTIN—The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting via telephone conference call at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7^th St. in Austin.

The Board will meet in open session and immediately recess into executive session to discuss potential candidates to interview for the presidency of UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, among other matters.

The Board is expected to reconvene in open session at approximately 11:55 a.m. to consider action, if any, on executive session items. The meeting is expected to adjourn at approximately 12 p.m.
