UT institutions recognized nationally for online degree programs

U.S. News & World Report recently released its 2021 listing of the best online college programs. This ranking focuses on degree programs that were designed to be administered online, not on classes offered online temporarily during the pandemic. The following online programs offered at University of Texas institutions were ranked in the top 20 nationally:

  • UT Arlington – Best Online Master’s in Education Programs for Veterans (#16) and Best Online Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction Programs (#19)
  • UT Dallas – Best Online General Management MBA Programs (#5); Best Online Master’s in Busines Programs, Best Online Finance MBA Programs and Best Online Business Analytics MBA Programs (each ranked at #6); Best Online MBA Programs (#7); and Best Online MBA Programs in Marketing (#10)
  • UT Medical Branch – Best Online Master's in Nursing Programs for Veterans (#6); Best Online Master’s in Nursing Program (#17); and Best Online Family Nurse Practitioner Master's Programs (#14)
  • UT Tyler - Best Online Master's in Nursing Programs for Veterans (#7)

Other online programs at UT Arlington, UT Dallas, UTMB and UT Tyler, as well as at UT El Paso, UT Permian Basin, UT Rio Grande Valley, and UT San Antonio also earned national rankings.
