Mentoring and teaching are a combination of active professional practice, thoughtful listening and intuitive timing.
I try to embody an active practice of creative problem solving, critical intellectual analysis, vigorous communication, successful collaboration, a contextual understanding of the work and effective leadership. These core competencies form the heart of my pedagogical mission and my central goal for each student in my care.
