To care about our students' success, in my opinion, requires providing them with the ability to think analytically and solve problems, which are skills transportable across a myriad of careers.

I guide our students toward intellectual autonomy, which I see as the ability of students to deliberate and make well-informed decisions. Students who can do this can begin to teach themselves and others in society.
