My main goal as a mentor has always been to help the mentees become independent thinkers and owners of their own ideas.

I also challenge my mentees to move beyond their comfort zone or what they consider to be their limitations, while maintaining a safe learning environment for taking risks. This has resulted in not only their development as future leaders, but also provided me with opportunities to learn from them.
