Teaching entails a great degree of  responsibility because the impact  that we have on students will influence the impact that they have on others.

My philosophy of teaching is centered on the concept that in addition to providing students with knowledge, it is important to show them how to enjoy the process of learning.  I encourage them to reflect on the creativity of  human anatomy and  to appreciate the intricate details that form the foundations of scientific principles and theories. I paint a picture in the minds of the students of the knowledge that I am providing.  I provide knowledge, but I also realize the importance of having love and compassion for those that I teach. Teaching entails a great degree of  responsibility because the impact  that we have on students will influence  the impact that they have on others. I produce students who are intellectually talented but who also realize the importance of service and leadership.
