The students I work with motivate me to be my best.
I believe that students learn the most through working on problems that show them how to apply and relate abstract concepts to the real world. Many computer science concepts seem non-intuitive when a person first learns about them. By using interesting real-world problems to illustrate how these abstract concepts work, students are better able to relate the new concepts to their existing knowledge. This allows them to gain a greater understanding of these new concepts.
