ACTION REQUIRED: FY2017 Parking Renewal Notice

Employees with System parking permits can now renew their parking agreements for FY2017. Please complete & submit your online application by Friday, July 29, 2016. Log into the Automated Parking System, to access your U.T. System Parking Application. If applicable, add vehicles and/or edit existing vehicle information. Then complete the additional sections of the form for FY2017 before hitting the “submit” button. If you have any questions on filling out or editing the electronic form please contact Jennifer Hosey, x4219. If you are not able to access the system please contact the Help Desk, x4357

Stickers will be delivered to departments by August 31st. Replacement stickers are $5.

Accounting Services would like to remind you that you can update your vehicle information any time throughout the year on the Automated Parking System.

This does not include Temporary Permits. Temp permits should be renewed via email through Jennifer Hosey as they expire.

Note: Staff who are located in the off-site buildings in the Austin and Irving area (Capital Center, Lavaca Plaza, Moody, LCRA, 1616 Guadalupe, and Irving) are required to renew their applications in order to cover parking at the new buildings. Parking rates will remain the same.
