The institutions listed below have scheduled flu shot clinics coming up. Please check with your institution's wellness or HR and Benefits team for details about opportunities to get a flu shot on site.
UT Southwestern: October 1 – 31, 2016 UT Southwestern will be vaccinating employees at flu kiosks across campus with the assistance of Catapult Health. We are also providing flu vaccinations at our satellite clinics – Las Colinas, Ft Worth, Richardson, etc. The deadline for vaccination is November 11th for those who are required to be vaccinated. - October 3, 2016: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center
- October 4, 2016: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center
- October 5, 2016: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mike Loya Academic Services Building

UT Health Northeast: October 3-November 15, 2016. The Occupational Health Department will be vaccinating employees by visiting each department according to a prearranged schedule coordinated by the departmental head. Please contact Occupational Health at (903) 977-7930 as soon as possible to reschedule if you missed your departments’ time, you received your vaccination from another provider, or need to submit an exemption.”
