Your current ID cards will remain active in the 2016-2017 plan year for all plans in which you are currently enrolled and did not make any changes. For new coverage you added or for changes to your enrollment (such as a switch to your dental or vision plan), you will receive a new ID card prior to the start of the plan year on September 1, 2016.
Your current PayFlex Debit Card remains valid through August 31, 2016. If you enrolled in UT FLEX HCRA for the 2016-2017 plan year, you can expect to receive a new Maestro Health Debit Card in late August.
To order additional ID cards for your dependents, please check the plan website for options or contact the appropriate customer service team after September 1, 2016.
