The Office of Events helps coordinate official events for the Chancellor and UT System offices, most of which are hosted at the UT System Administration Building or the Bauer House, the official residence of the Chancellor. The office collaborates with colleagues and vendors on logistics, creative planning, and event execution.

Bauer House Events

If you are requesting the UT System or Chancellor to host an event, please submit an Event Request Form (Word file) and a member of his staff will contact you to learn more information.

Chancellor Speaking Events

If you are requesting the Chancellor to speak at an event, meeting, or conference, please complete the Chancellor Speaker Request form and a member of his staff will follow up with you.
