Web Standards
The UT System website is the primary way to communicate to the public. In order to retain a unified visual and functional presence and meet all state required accessibility standards, all public-facing content published by UT System departments must use the www.utsystem.edu platform. That includes general departmental pages, projects and/or initiatives, documents, events, landing pages, images and relevant files. The Web Team in the Office of External Relations, Communications and Advancement Services should be consulted before hiring any outside assistance from designers or developers and all sites need to be submitted, reviewed and approved before being published.
