Additional and ongoing projects include a four-year cohort study at UT Austin. CLASE 2.0 brings together interdisciplinary thought leaders, researchers, and representatives from multiple campuses around the country to integrate research finding into ongoing and innovative programming, thereby increasing student safety.
- CLASE Longitudinal Cohort Study— an ongoing longitudinal study in which researchers survey a cohort of UT Austin students each semester over the course of their college careers to help understand their knowledge, attitudes, and experiences related to sexual assault and misconduct. This is the first sexual assault and misconduct survey of this scope in the country.
- Title IX Process Evaluation— as one of the most responsive programs in the country, UT Austin Title IX leadership and stakeholders are interested in further understanding the factors that promote or hinder Title IX processes, outputs, and outcomes. The major aim of this project is to inform improvements for the existing Title IX process at UT Austin.
- Fourth R Pilot Intervention & Evaluation—an evidence-based healthy relationships prevention program that addresses dating violence and stalking, including cyber and electronic bullying in relationships.
- Social Networking Pilot Study— study of students’ social networks in residence halls and the social network factors that interact with the known links between alcohol use and sexual violence.
- Decision Cases— based on the Harvard Business School Case Method, this project aims to produce two decision-based case studies relevant for the health institution and medical school context.
- Bystander Intervention Evaluation— a project to support the program evaluation efforts of bystander intervention and other violence prevention programs delivered at UT System institutions.
