Checklist For Professional Services Agreement

This form shall be completed by appropriate contracts administrator for every architectural or engineering professional services agreement. 

Model contracts are agreements that have not been designated as standard contracts but are examples of good drafting and treatment of a given subject matter. A contract based on a model contract must be approved by OGC and the appropriate Executive Vice Chancellor. Use of model contracts, however, should expedite the approval process in most instances.
