UTS 101

A clear and concise overview of the Office of External Relations, Communications and Advancement Services (OERCAS), including an intro to team members and their roles. Participants will learn whom to call on for assistance/questions. Specific topics discussed will include namings, gift and endowment agreements, UTIMCO/endowment financial transactions, estates and trusts, stock gifts, records, etc. Time will be included for open forum questions related to resources and services provided by OER’s Advancement Services team. The target audience for this session includes any institutional advancement team members have been in their current roles for less than two years.
